- Payments are required upfront, payment plans are only available for massive orders. Each extra character has a 50-100% fee.

rights

Before you commission me ;
- Prices may vary based on the complexity.
- I retain copyright over my work, so I there's a chance I'll use it for self-promotion or posting on my socials, however, you may request it be kept private.
- You may share your commission wherever you like, as long as credit is given. Do not claim my artwork or designs as your own.
- If you oversell my designs for more than you paid, you will automatically be blacklisted, as I do not condone this what so ever. The only value they should have is what you paid for the design, art you've bought, and art drawn yourself. Do not profit off someone's gift or trades unless the artist has given you permission to add them to the initial value.

editing

amount of editing ;
- Please do not edit my art without asking me first, the only acceptable times you may is if there is an alternate color palette. I offer alterations of artworks for a small payment.
- You are allowed to alter my designs slightly, do not make them unrecognizable from the original design. Small color changes and additions to the markings are totally okay all I ask if you let me know before doing so.
- Do not trade/sell any designs outside of toyhouse.
- Do not reference or copy my designs.

extra

any other terms ; Please let me know if you'd like anything changed during the sketch stage. A refund is not possible after the sketch is confirmed.
- I DO offer refunds for special occasions, all I ask is you're patient with how long it may take.
- Wait time can vary from a week to 4 months as I work 12 hour shifts and have a very busy life.
- Please do not block me from viewing my designs, I like keeping track of things I've made.
- If you have a character with a simple design I am willing to work on the pricing as it takes me less time!
